Intimate and evocative, the Apennine House of Iadeva is named after the woman who once inhabited and animated these walls. Thanks to the efforts of the Association Escursionisti Scontrone, the house has been transformed into an authentic treasure chest of memories, capable of recounting the simple and genuine life of past generations. After careful renovation, the rooms have been set up as an exhibition space that preserves and enhances objects of rural everyday life, evidence of a world made up of essential values, slow rhythms and unspoiled traditions.
The various sections of the house reconstruct scenes of domestic life, work in the fields, handicrafts and moments of sociability, restoring to the visitor an immersive experience in the culture of the Abruzzi Apennines and reviving the authentic atmosphere of the past.
