Depart from your holiday resort for a tour around Lake Garda. Our guide will tell you about the history, culture and anecdotes of our large lake, and how it has influenced the development of our economy. The first stop is scheduled in Limone. The journey will continue to Salò and then by boat to Sirmione, an elegant town rich in history. Arriving you will see its peninsula, the ancient Roman ruins “Grotte di Catullo” and its castle. Enjoy a walk in its lively centre, among beautiful shops, restaurants and renowned ice cream parlors. After lunch and free time, together with the guide, we will continue by bus towards Lazise where you will have free time to visit the historic town. Later we will meet our driver to embark on the return journey. During the day you will pass from the panoramas of the rocky walls of the north of the lake, to the rolling hills of the center, up to the almost plain of the south. Return to the starting point by dinner time.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, where the public ferry company cancels services, no ticket refunds will be issued. Pets are not permitted. Eating on the bus is not permitted. The tour is conducted in German and English only. The exact pick-up location and time will be communicated directly to customers after booking. If you do not receive this information, please contact the provider at least 48 hours before the tour begins. The pick-up point will be as close as possible to your accommodation, but all are located on the main road. If you are staying in a remote area or in the mountains, you will need to make your own way to the pick-up point on the main road. The excursion takes place with a minimum of 20 participants. If we do not reach this number, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. The excursion takes place in all weather conditions. Appropriate attire is required to visit sacred sites. We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear. Due to its nature, this tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
