The Montomoli Bakery was founded in 1967 in Boccheggiano, an enchanting mining village immersed in the woods of the Colline Metallifere (Metalliferous Hills). Here, Andrea Montomoli, now the owner of the business, learned the art of traditional bread-making from his father, and continues to practice it today with passion and dedication.
