La Bottega delle Delizie is more than just a grocery store: it is the beating heart of the Castel del Giudice community, born from the efforts of Artemisia – Cooperativa di Comunità to respond to the needs of a small village in Molise and counter its isolation. Inaugurated in 2017, the store represents a daily reference point for the inhabitants and at the same time a place where visitors can discover and buy typical local products.
Indeed, on the shelves are local delicacies, such as Malto Lento agricultural beer, compotes and juices made from Castel del Giudice’s organic apples, and the mixed-flower honey from the Apiario di Comunità, the result of the collective work of the village’s beekeepers. Each product tells a story of community, nature and social innovation, becoming a symbol of an area that has chosen to regenerate itself through the enhancement of its resources.
