Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso is the symbol of the rebirth of Castel del Giudice, a village in the Molise-Abruzzo Apennines transformed from a place of neglect to a destination for widespread hospitality and experiential tourism. Nestled among forests, apple orchards and views of the Sangro River, Borgotufi was born from the recovery of old stables and disused barns, now converted into 36 independent houses that house charming rooms and suites.

Each accommodation tells the soul of the hamlet: local stone walls, wooden beams, wrought-iron details and handcrafted fabrics evoke the authentic atmosphere of yesteryear, while some modern and elegant rooms reveal a refined design, in constant dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity. The cottages overlook alleys and small squares that bear the names of ancient apple varieties, amidst aromatic herbs, flower gardens and panoramic balconies.

The beating heart of the hamlet is the panoramic square, with Chef Marco Pasquarelli’s Mia Restaurant, while the main building houses the reception, the Borgo Restaurant with large windows overlooking nature, and the wellness center equipped with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, emotional showers and relaxation spaces.
