The Church of St. Andrew the Apostle in Cautano is of 18th-century origin but several times over the years it has been renovated inside and embellished with new decorative elements.
Currently, it has a single nave with eight chapels on both sides, a coffered ceiling and a valuable high altar.
Characterized by a wide facade, having two niches placed one on the right and one on the left, respectively dedicated to the Virgin of Grace and St. Andrew, and a simple carved stone portal.
