Piero Bonacina’s passion for wine has driven him to turn this simple wine shop into a restaurant, located in an ancient seventeenth-century monastery in the heart of Bobbio. In a rustic and welcoming environment, you can enjoy the traditional recipes of Italian gastronomy, with an additional taste – the cooks combine different flavours that give new life to tradition: you must try the caramelized pork meat with Gutturnio and plum wine must. Quality food will be served with quality wines: the restaurant has a fine choice of award-winning wines.
The ancient chapel of the monastery is now the wine shop: they not only sell wines but they also have a meticulous selection of products like chocolate, teas and refined infusions.
