Restaurant nestled in the green of the Maremmana countryside, 2 km from Terme di Saturnia, the family management combined with the passion for traditional cuisine "as it once was". The stone structure is surrounded by a large and elegant garden. The cuisine is based on local products from starters, such as the selection of cheeses from neighboring farms with cold cuts derived from Maremmana norcineria and partly of their own production.
