The surrounding area serves as the basic ingredient for the straightforward dishes of Casentino and Tuscan tradition, but there is no shortage of chef Andrea's reinterpretations. A great selection of breads accompanies every meal at Convivio, as does a careful and well-curated selection of Tuscan wines illustrated and recommended by Lorenzo in the dining room. Difficult to point out any dishes on the proposed menu: All to be discovered!!!
