The masters of Choco Amore, coming from 15 Italian regions, will create a series of educational workshops and demonstrations of cake design on Italian confectionery excellences, made by students and professors. Promoting the beneficial properties of handmade chocolate helps to discover "real" chocolate compared to the industrial one which, with the additives added to make it last for a long time, loses the taste of pure cocoa, the aroma and the aftertaste elements typical of this food considered, since the time of the Maja, the "food of the Gods".

Thanks to the Choco Amore national tour, further importance is given to responsible and conscious consumption of genuine products.
