Ski by day at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites or among the precious forests of the Lagorai in the five Ski Areas always ready to offer novelties.
Night skiing to experience all the fascination of sport under the stars on the famous Olimpia of Alpe Cermis or Obereggen of Ski Center Latemar.
Taking a break to thoroughly enjoy the flavors and tastes of tradition and gourmet cuisine in the many restaurants, refuges or high-altitude eateries spread across the more than 110 kilometers of slopes.
These are just some of the experiences offered by the Val di Fiemme-Obereggen Ski Area, which is getting ready to open the winter dances with quite a few novelties, distributed over the five Ski Areas of the territory: the Ski Center Latemar, Alpe Cermis, Bellamonte - Alpe Lusia, Passo Rolle and Passo Lavazé - Passo Oclini.
Five pearls connected by a single ski pass and able to offer unparalleled cues in terms of slopes, setting and taste by being able to count on an area that includes the Dolomite massif of Latemar, the striking Lagorai chain, the charm of Alpe Lusia, the majesty of the Pale di San Martino overlooking Passo Rolle and the harmony between alpine and cross-country skiing enhanced by the tracks of the Lavazé Plateau and Passo Oclini.

Ski Center Latemar

Two new slopes and an elevated restaurant to open the new season. The winter 2022/23 of the largest Ski Area in the Val di Fiemme - Obereggen area promises to be of high quality with more than 50 kilometers of possibilities distributed over more than 40 slopes, with the seasonal novelties of Campanil 2, the new blue slope complementary to the renovated Campanil chairlift, a latest-generation automatic coupling hexaposto with padded seats that replaced over the summer the historic three-seater with fixed coupling, thus ensuring greater comfort and above all greater hourly capacity in spite of lower energy consumption.
Ski Center Latemar's second new trail, on the other hand, is the Zanggen II, a 700-meter-long "wall" for 160 vertical drop with an average gradient of more than 30 percent and peaks at 44 percent served by the ReiterJoch chairlift: ideal terrain also for allowing young racers to take on high-quality training.
And at the arrival of the Tresca chairlift, on the municipal territory of Predazzo, the new panoramic restaurant In.Treska is ready to open its doors, which at 2200 meters above sea level represents the main novelty in terms of gastronomy with the intention of surprising the palate through a studied mixture of tradition, authenticity and innovation.
Three firsts that fit within a 360-degree offer capable of satisfying all snow and mountain lovers.

In addition to the slopes and the confirmation of night skiing on Obereggen, the offer of the Ski Center Latemar includes the 2.5-kilometer sledding track of the same name, which in turn is illuminated to fully enjoy the fun in the evening hours (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7 to 10 p.m.) on par with the nearby Snowpark that allows snowboarders and freeskiers to chase the right amount of adrenaline as much in the sunlight as under the stars. There are a total of four toboggan runs in the Ski Area, a list that also includes Absam, in the Laner locality in Obereggen, the Gardonè slope in Predazzo and the Pampeago toboggan run.
The snow of the Ski Center Latemar also makes it possible to ski in the heart of one of the world's highest art parks, RespirArt, with its 23 works to be admired on skis along the Agnello slope and its variant and included in the broader RespirArt project, which has a total of 37 installations inextricably inspired by nature and its becoming.
Among the most sought-after attractions for children and families is the Alpine Coaster Gardoné: just a few steps from the uphill season of the gondola lift that climbs from Predazzo, all you have to do is sit down and buckle up to have fun along the 980 meters of the monorail bobsleigh designed among jumps, bumps and parabolics.
Ski Center Latemar can be reached from Pampeago, Obereggen or directly from the jump stadium in Predazzo, departure of the Gardoné Gondola lift.

Alpe Cermis

A balcony supported by the porphyry of the Lagorai that looks out 360 degrees over the Dolomites and the entire Eastern Alps. This is Alpe Cermis, a true white paradise for all ages, with its slopes ranging from the 2,200 meters of Paion to the 850 meters of altitude of the valley floor, the arrival point of the legendary Olimpia 3 made famous by the Tour de Ski - the main event of the cross-country World Cup season for the past fifteen years and which ends right on Cermis - and illuminated for night skiing on Wednesday and Friday evenings.

The all-round offer of Alpe Cermis has been enriched in recent months by a new trail that connects the Villaggio Cermis, adjacent to the arrival area of the gondola, to the summit of Paion: Orizzonti Dolomitici is the name of the 1.3-kilometer trail that can be tackled on foot, with snowshoes or with touring skis (but in this case only uphill), which flanks the Lagorai slope and climbs 210 meters in altitude to the Paion Refuge. One more opportunity to live to the fullest the experience on the snow at Alpe Cermis, a destination also appreciated by the little ones who can have fun at Cermislandia, the winter playground that at Doss dei Laresi offers attractions to enjoy including a toboggan run and inflatable rafts, with the possibility of also taking advantage of the entertainment designed by the qualified staff that runs the indoor kindergarten.
And if Olimpia in its entirety (7.5 kilometers with more than 1,300 meters of elevation gain) is one of the most spectacular slopes in the Alps, the gastronomic offerings proposed on the Alpe Cermis trails are also top notch, with four refuges and restaurants ranging from the gourmet offerings of Lo Chalet at Forcella Bombasel, Rifugio Paion at the summit of Cermis via Baita Grana at Doss dei Laresi and Eurotel in the Cermis locality.
Alpe Cermis can be reached from Cavalese or from the valley floor road by cable car.

Bellamonte - Lusia

Over thirty kilometers of slopes designed on summer pastures, in the presence of the majestic Pale di San Martino and the austere Lagorai that make the panorama simply spectacular for all snow lovers, of all levels and abilities. Challenging slopes on which to measure oneself alternated with easier ones, in contact with the fir trees of the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Natural Park to make the setting even more evocative.
A Ski Area that meets all the needs of those who want to experience snow from every point of view thanks to the Morea Snow Park dedicated to snowboarders and freeskiers with over 900 meters of dumps, kicks and boxes ideal for refining and testing their respective skills. On the other hand, those who prefer to enjoy the silence and breathtaking views can tackle the nature trail that leads from the La Morea resort to Malga Bocche, a 4.5-kilometer route on a beaten path that is mostly flat and available for those who enjoy Nordic walking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.

Bellamonte

The Fraina slope in Bellamonte, on the other hand, is ideal for those who love the adrenaline rush of sledding: 2100 meters of track completely immersed in the noble forests of Val di Fiemme to have fun among curves and changes of slope, between the Fassane locality and the arrival at Castelir where the Bellamonte 3.0 gondola lift starts.
Lots of proposals for the whole family, with the Baby Club La Tana degli Gnomi ready to host snow lovers from 18 months and up, a magical place where little friends can have fun and tell each other stories, cook and participate in original creative workshops. The Laricino Free Baby Park in Bellamonte also allows the little ones to approach, freely and safely, skiing to sow even more passion for the snow.
Alongside so many opportunities, attention to taste cannot be missed with the panoramic terrace of the Chalet 44 Alpine Lounge and the intimacy of the Baita La Morea in the La Morea resort, the El Zirmo (Castelir resort) and Bucaneve (le Fassane resort) restaurants and the Lusia refuge at the 2015 meters of the pass of the same name, the summit of the carousel.
The Bellamonte Lusia Ski Area can be reached from Predazzo along the Passo Rolle road just after the village of Bellamonte or alternatively from the ski lifts in Moena.

Altopiano di Passo Lavazé - Passo Oclini

On the plateau of Passo Lavazé and the nearby Passo Oclini, alpine skiing embraces cross-country skiing and biathlon just as Catinaccio seems to connect with Latemar. The two Dolomite massifs frame this natural amphitheater bordered by Corno Bianco and Corno Nero, the stage for the four slopes of the Passo Oclini / JochGrimm Ski Area. At Lavazè, the snow experience is exalted in all its dimensions between 1800 and 2100 meters above sea level, with more than 80 kilometers of groomed trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and Nordic walking trails, the Greta & Gummer snowpark that invites the little ones to have fun on games, inflatables, rubber dinghy and bobsled track and the possibility of playing in the snow for entire days. To complete the varied offer dedicated to children and teens, Lavazé offers something new: the electric MiniQuad track (ages 6-16).
The Lavazé plateau can be reached from Cavalese via the road that connects Val di Fiemme with South Tyrol's Val d'Ega.

Passo Rolle

Eleven slopes, at the foot and in the presence of the Cimon della Pala that guarantee a long ski season, thoroughly exploited also from the competitive point of view. The conformation of the territory guarantees profound satisfaction for all snow lovers, including those who love snowshoeing or Nordic walking, and in this sense, not to be missed is the trail that connects Malga Venegia, Malga Venegiota and Baita Segantini, along the upper valley of the Travignolo stream that enters at the base of the Pale di San Martino.
Passo Rolle also offers a ring for cross-country skiing and the Rolle Railz Park, a snow-park with 12 rails and 4 jumps.
It is possible to reach Passo Rolle along the state road from Predazzo.
