La Quercia con il suo tavolo a ferro di cavallo regala splendide serate estive con grigliate e chiacchiere tra vicini di camera.

La tenuta è di circa 40 ettari, con campi di Lavanda, Farro, Grano e Ulivi. La Pasta è la novità del Poggio di Teo, Trafilata al Bronzo, prodotta con Farina Semi-Integrale macinata a pietra ed ottenuta con una miscela di grani antichi a basso contenuto di glutine.

Il prodotto più conosciuto è l’Olio Extravergine d’Oliva; con le 700 piante di Leccino e Frantoiano si produce un olio di colore verde che ha una fragranza e un profumo unico. Cinque sono gli ettari di piante di lavanda, dalla quale si ricava l’essenza e con i fiori deliziosi sacchetti profumati.

L’ orto rigorosamente naturale, con la costruzione di una bellissima serra, ha assunto un’importanza nuova grazie alle abbondanti produzioni che si trasformano in golose conserve e marmellate.
