Rye pasta lasagne with Formae Val Fiemme and Savoy cabbage: Cavalese, the stage for good taste

We are in Cavalese, the cultural centre of Val di Fiemme. An area rich not only in historical and scenic beauty but also a land of good food. Thanks to the genuine products of the Caseificio Sociale Val di Fiemme, which characterise Trentino cuisine, we propose the "Lasagne di pasta di rale al Formae Val Fiemme e verza", created by chef Stefano Tait of the Costa Salici Restaurant.
