The chef (Andrea) and the ma\u00eetre d&#8217; (Paolo) \u2013 who are also the owners and managers \u2013 pay great attention to the quality of the ingredients, the balance of flavours and the pairing with a carefully selected wine list, which includes local and national labels.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"1183\">The menu features both <strong data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1272\">fresh fish specialities<\/strong> and meat dishes inspired by Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary twist.
