The present church stands where once stood a 17th-century chapel, demolished in 1957. The building, both outside and inside, \u00e8 inspired by the modern Romanesque style.<\/p>\n<p>Opened for worship on July 26, 1975, St. Anne&#8217;s Church \u00e8 the main place of prayer for the majority of the population residing in the lower hamlets of Catabbio. The building, with three naves and a small square apse, covers an area of 180 square meters.<\/p>\n<p>One of the distinctive elements of the church \u00e8 the bell tower, built in the 1970s.
