{"id":310907,"date":"2024-08-09T22:22:37","date_gmt":"2024-08-09T20:22:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.e-borghi.com\/what-to-see\/oasi-lipu-castel-di-guido\/"},"modified":"2024-09-15T23:56:17","modified_gmt":"2024-09-15T21:56:17","slug":"oasi-lipu-castel-di-guido","status":"publish","type":"what-to-see","link":"https:\/\/www.e-borghi.com\/en\/what-to-see\/oasi-lipu-castel-di-guido\/","title":{"rendered":"Oasi LIPU Castel di Guido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The millenary village of Castel di Guido is embellished by the oasis of the same name managed by the LIPU (Italian Society for the Protection of Birds): the green area of about 250 hectares is crossed by the river Aniene and is characterised by the presence of uncontaminated and varied landscapes, where meadows, hills, woods, pastures and a pond populated by tree frogs and emerald toads alternate.<\/p>\n<p>The Castel di Guido Oasis, created in 1999, is home to numerous species of fauna such as hares, foxes, wolves, wild boar, badgers and Herman&#8217;s tortoise.
