In the &#8220;Hall of the Castagna&#8221; it is possible to observe objects which allowed us to transform the chestnuts in flour, while that of the &#8220;castagneto&#8221; houses objects that worked the Castagneto and chestnut wood.<\/p>\n<p>The Borlengo, Ciacio and Tigella Laboratory-Museum is housed in two halls: an exhibition of objects with which you are preparing your borlenghi and ciaci (typical dishes of the Apennines).
