The Mediterranean Masks’ Museum was born with the intention to constitute a point of contact between the cultural universe of a small country of Sardinia internal, Mamoiada, known throughout the world for its traditional masks – the Mamuthones and Issohadores – and the Mediterranean regions which, through the representations and the masks of the Carnival, reveal a communion of history and culture.<\/p>\n
