Near the church stands the birthplace of the famous painter Luca Cambiaso. The present church, a single-nave structure, was built in 1725 on the ruins of the previous building, which had collapsed for unknown reasons. The third altar on the right houses a statue of the Immaculate Conception, attributed to Anton Maria Maragliano, whilst the fourth altar on the left features a Byzantine crucifix and a painting depicting the Madonna delle Grazie.
