At sunset, with the Adriatic Sea as a backdrop, an evening comes to life that celebrates the culinary and wine excellence of <strong>Friuli Venezia Giulia<\/strong>, combining haute cuisine, fine wines and premium produce in a refined yet informal atmosphere, to be enjoyed whilst walking barefoot on the sand.<\/p>\n<p>The event offers an original concept that transforms dinner into a truly immersive experience. From <strong>19:30<\/strong>, guests can move freely between the various stations set up along the beach, meeting the chefs as they prepare their creations live and chatting with winemakers and producers who recount the stories behind their wines and ingredients. This is not a traditional menu served at the table, but a gastronomic journey designed to enhance the pleasure of discovery and conviviality.<\/p>\n<p>The stars of the evening will be <strong>24 chefs<\/strong>, <strong>23 winemakers<\/strong> and <strong>16 culinary artisans<\/strong>, who together will bring to life a journey comprising <strong>23 gourmet stops<\/strong> dedicated to summer cuisine. Each dish has been specially created for the occasion and interprets the region through ingredients, aromas and flavours that capture the essence of Friuli Venezia Giulia, from the Adriatic Sea to the mountains. Each tasting will be accompanied by a selected wine, presented directly by the producers, offering participants a complete experience combining taste, culture and tradition.<\/p>\n<p>The culinary journey begins with the specialities of the artisans of taste and continues with offerings from restaurants belonging to the <a href=\"https:\/\/friuliviadeisapori.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>FVG Via dei Sapori<\/strong><\/a> consortium, culminating in a finale dedicated to desserts, pastry creations, coffee and spirits. All this takes place in an elegant setting, where the sound of the waves, the colours of the sunset and the sea breeze make for an even more evocative experience that engages all the senses.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Dinner Show<\/strong> is one of the flagship events of the summer in Grado and a unique opportunity to get to know some of the finest exponents of regional cuisine up close. Chefs, winemakers and artisans take centre stage in a grand collective narrative that highlights the quality of local produce and the richness of Friuli Venezia Giulia\u2019s gastronomic heritage, set against one of the most enchanting natural backdrops on the Upper Adriatic.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to <strong>Wednesday 29 July 2026<\/strong>.
