It is an opportunity to rediscover the authentic flavours of local cuisine and enjoy a festive evening amidst the village\u2019s stunning mountain scenery.<\/p>\n<p>The star of the event is the <strong>Lesca Maritata<\/strong>, an ancient peasant speciality prepared with bread, cheese and simple ingredients that reflect the region\u2019s culinary culture. A recipe handed down through the generations, it is a symbol of peasant cuisine, capable of transforming a few ingredients into a dish rich in flavour and identity.<\/p>\n<p>The event takes place in Piazza Plebiscito from 7.30 pm, where visitors can sample Lesca Maritata and other local specialities in a convivial atmosphere.
