Three days dedicated to the authentic flavours of Tuscan tradition, where local wine and the famous buglione \u2013 an ancient peasant recipe prepared through slow cooking using local ingredients \u2013 take centre stage at a festival that combines gastronomy, music and conviviality.<\/p>\n<p>Every evening, from 7.00 pm, the Spazio Enoteca opens in Piazza del Pozzo, where visitors can sample local wines accompanied by live music and traditional specialities prepared by the Pro Loco. It is an opportunity to discover local wines and experience the authentic atmosphere of one of Tuscany\u2019s most picturesque little villages.<\/p>\n<p>The programme also features musical entertainment and shows every evening. On Friday 24 July, Meconcelli will be performing, followed by dancing in the square with DJ Caesar. On Saturday 25 July, it\u2019s the turn of Alessandro Donati and a dance evening with Morena Ciucci, as well as the prize-giving ceremony for the photography competition, scheduled for 10.00 pm.
