Organised by the Madonna della Speranza Parish, the event celebrates one of the most characteristic recipes of the local tradition, offering four evenings dedicated to authentic flavours, conviviality and the region\u2019s culinary culture.<\/p>\n<p>The stars of the festival are the bucculotte, a traditional type of wheat pasta, served with a savoury mutton sauce prepared according to a recipe handed down through the generations. Alongside the festival\u2019s signature dish, visitors will also be able to enjoy the traditional mutton stew and other local specialities, on a culinary journey that showcases the authentic flavours of the Piceno region.<\/p>\n<p>Originally created with the aim of preserving and promoting one of the region\u2019s traditional recipes, the event has, over the years, become an important gathering for residents and visitors alike.
