The event will take place in the picturesque Piazza Sant\u2019Eurosia, transforming the heart of this town in Lazio into a gathering place dedicated to authentic flavours and the culture of bread.<\/p>\n<p>The undisputed star of the festival will be the famous Pane di Lariano, a product that symbolises the area and is appreciated throughout the region for its crisp crust, long proving time and characteristic aroma, achieved by baking in traditional wood-fired ovens. For three days, visitors and tourists will have the opportunity to experience this culinary gem first-hand through tastings, cooking demonstrations and informative sessions dedicated to the local food supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>The event will kick off on Friday 19 June with the traditional historical procession and the parade of the Lariano majorettes, followed by the official opening ceremony and the opening of the food and exhibition stalls. During the evening, visitors will be able to take part in tastings of typical local products and watch cooking demonstrations dedicated to bread and local specialities. Among the most interesting events is the symposium on the relationship between food, tradition and health, which will explore the role of Lariano bread in the local gastronomic culture. The evening will conclude with musical performances and \u201cLariano in Moda\u201d, a fashion show featuring designers, ateliers and haute couture academies.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday 20 June, the food stalls will once again bring Piazza Sant\u2019Eurosia to life with new tastings and cooking demonstrations. In the evening, the public can enjoy a concert by the Artisti per la Pace, who will bring music and entertainment to the stage in a festive and convivial atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 21 June will once again be dedicated to local flavours and a sense of community. Following another round of tastings and cooking demonstrations, the event will really get into full swing with a DJ set by Monster Frederick, who will take the audience on a journey through music from the 70s, 80s and 90s, group dances and Latin American rhythms. The festival will conclude with performances by the dance schools La Clave del Alma and A.S.D.
