During the festival, the village is transformed into a veritable open-air workshop, where visitors can watch the artisanal preparation of the pasta using methods handed down through generations.<\/p>\n<p>Organised by the Societ\u00e0 Filarmonica di Celle sul Rigo, which also celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2026, the festival represents a moment of strong community identity, where tradition, music and conviviality intertwine.<\/p>\n<p>Among the new features of this year\u2019s festival is the introduction of compulsory seat reservations, a measure designed to enhance the visitor experience and guarantee the quality of the product.
