This historical episode is the narrative heart of an intense and spectacular two-day event, scheduled for 19 and 20 September.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, the village is transformed into an authentic medieval setting: the <strong>court of the Marquis d&#8217;Este<\/strong> comes to life with ladies, knights, jesters and travellers, while the squares host <strong>duels, shows, medieval markets, military camps and demonstrations of ancient crafts<\/strong>. Great attention is paid to the historical accuracy of the costumes and reconstructions, offering the public a total immersion in 15th-century life.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight is the Palio, which sees the six districts of the village \u2013 Castelli, Garofano, Doccia, Magazzeno, Mulino and Formica \u2013 compete in games of skill and strength.
