The Fair is a large stage dedicated to <strong>typical local products<\/strong>, with exhibitions of agriculture, crafts and local industry that showcase the productive identity of the area.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most eagerly awaited events is the <strong>Palio di San Giovanni<\/strong>, linked to the gastronomic excellence that symbolises the area: <strong>Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena<\/strong>. During the Fair, the members of the Consorteria (Consortium) meet for their annual assembly and award the coveted prize for the best family-produced balsamic vinegar, a moment of great prestige and pride for the community.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is completed by <strong>musical performances, sports competitions, exhibitions, workshops for children<\/strong>, the traditional market in Via Obici and numerous refreshment points where you can sample the local cuisine.
