Now in its 15th year, the event takes place in the picturesque setting of Villa Matarazzo, surrounded by the sea, nature and tradition.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the event is the famous frittura di paranza, prepared in a spectacular giant frying pan over 20 metres long and 4 metres in diameter. Here, one of the signature dishes of Cilento cuisine comes to life: a mix of fresh local fish \u2013 including red mullet, prawns, squid and other varieties \u2013 fried to order to enhance its flavour and aroma. A true sensory experience that illustrates the deep bond between the land and the sea.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the fried food, visitors can discover a wide range of culinary delights at the food and wine stalls, featuring dishes made with blue fish, local specialities and traditional Cilento produce, accompanied by local wines.
