The dehors on the square, views of the landscape and time-honoured traditions : this is how – since 1863 – this bar has been known for its fresh pastries, homemade ice creams, puff pastries and the chocolate and almond cake, typical of Bobbio. The pastry’s war-horse are the brioches filled with handmade creams with special flavours such as pistachio and zabaglione.
