The event embraces all sectors of the arts, culinary, cultural and socio-economic sectors. Although it sees as protagonist a competition of sketches made by professionals and schools with the use of local agricultural products, each year according to a different theme, the three days are also animated by shows, music, artisan markets and culinary excellence.
