The Basilica of San Nicola, in the heart of the old city of Bari, is one of the most significant examples of Apulian Romanesque architecture.
- Piazza Mercantile
One of the most famous and historical squares in the city of Bari. Piazza Mercantile is surrounded by buildings belonging to the ancient families of the city. Icon and symbol of the square is the famous Column of Justice, once used to bind and expose fraudulent debtors to the public.

Locorotondo
The beauty of its historic center is represented by a maze of white alleys where the houses have the unusual pitched roofs called "Cummerse", a typical feature of the village.
- Cathedral of Ostuni
It is a genuine and fascinating example of Mediterranean architecture. Ostuni is a renowned tourist resort and boasts a wonderful medieval village, full of narrow streets and whitewashed houses in a maze reminiscent of an Arab casbah.
- Lecce
Often nicknamed the Florence of the South, it is among the most beautiful cities of art in Southern Italy.

Day 5
- Otranto
Otranto is one of the most picturesque cities of Salento. Much of the historic center is still partially enclosed within the medieval walls. Don't miss a visit to its splendid Cathedral.
- Dinner at Masseria Le Stanzie (LE)
Le Stanze is one of the oldest farmhouses in Salento, nestled in the countryside of Supersano. It offers rustic dishes typical of the place and a terrace with a landscaped garden.
