The great tradition and imagination of Italian cuisine passes primarily through the villages. From there come the zero km products and recipes “born on the spot”.
e-borghi promotes a collection of traditional recipes that will be published in the column “in tavola”. Send your recipes to the editorial redazione @ e-borghi.com or post them in our community. Eventually they will be collected in a volume or a special issue of the magazine.
Anybody can submit their recipe. The important thing is that it is linked to a village. The recipe must be accompanied by a photo of the dish (better if in high resolution) and possibly a few lines of explanation of the link between the dish and the village. If the recipe is submitted by a restaurant, include a photo of the restaurant (with name, address and website).
