Day 1: Overnight stay at Tiny House "La casodda" in San Michele Salentino, a Salento village known for its almond fig and poetic attacks; in the streets of the village on the white walls are written several poems. We also recommend a visit to Borgo Ajeni. Tiny House "La casodda is a typical rural house, and is one of the first buildings in the village in fact the 'interior is characteristic, like that of a trullo, built with stone and with the presence of alcoves.Free evening and overnight. Day 2: Morning: Workshop on the art of weaving with a master "basket maker" with introduction on the origins and anecdotes of this ancient art. Afternoon: guided tour of Castello Dentice di Frasso di Carovigno, Borgo and Parco della Contessa. Free evening and overnight stay. Day 3: Morning Ceglie Messapica: visit cheese factory with tasting of cheeses, cold cuts and the typical products, free lunch. Afternoon: walk in the village and return to San Michele Salentino to taste oil and almond figs. Day 4: Morning: Cisternino visit to the village and free lunch. Afternoon: guided tour and oil tasting at Frantoio. End of tour. N.B. the 'order of activities may vary depending on availability.
