Hilton Molino Stucky: starry lagoon

Caorle and Chioggia are seaside villages to visit slowly to appreciate all their seduction, but it is unthinkable to leave the province of Venice without going to the discovery of the Serenissima and its malia. In fact, in this historic and ancient maritime republic, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice allows you to rediscover the delicious flavors of classic cuisine in the fifth of the terrace of the Aromi restaurant, overlooking the Giudecca canal and under a starry sky. "Once upon a time at the table" is the calendar of eight dinner-events that Hilton Molino Stucky Venice dedicates to the great chefs of tradition, unmissable dates in which to be fascinated by the skill and creativity of the executive chef Ivan Catenacci who will perform in show cooking inspired by the great protagonists of the gastronomic tradition. The Aromi restaurant, in fact, in the heart of the city of Venice, embraces the harmony of the Italian culinary tradition and proposes it with unique flavors. The first event is scheduled for May 26, 2018 and is an evening in honor of Gualtiero Marchesi: the proposal, based on fish, is a journey of taste that allows you to taste the gravlax salmon, cold spaghetti and caviar, cuttlefish with black and roasted lobster with sweet pepper sauce. As an alternative, one can be tempted by the peculiarity of gold and saffron rice, a flat icon by Gualtiero Marchesi, or by the unmistakable flavor of the veal fillet with Rossini. As a dessert, a soft raspberry soufflé to sweeten the palate.
