The owner is the young chef Davide Pastorino, who works with a dynamic and efficient équipe in a wide open-style kitchen. Controcorrente also has the finest choice of wines, meticulously selected by the young but skilled sommelier Martina Pernigotti. The restaurant has a nice wooden patio where you can enjoy your dinner in the summer.

First course: paccheri Felicetti with clams, golden yellow tomatoes and tuna bottarga; spaghettoni Felicetti “Il Cappelli” with octopus and Taggiasca olives.
Second course: panful of fresh fish; squids filled with artichokes; roasted octopus with topinambour and hazelnuts.
Dessert: Valhrhona-white-chocolate mousse with passion fruit and cocoa.
