Share

Hosted inside the Ducal Palace of Fossombrone, the Museum preserves the monumental finds and the objects discovered by Augusto Vernarecci during the excavations that have occurred in the locality of San Martino in plane, at the site of the Forum Sempronii, the Roman city from which the current Fossombrone draws its origin and name.

In the gallery you can admire works ranging from the sixteenth to the nineteenth century, thumbnails (XVIII and XIX century) and a collection of ceramics from the fifteenth to the eighteenth century.
