Share

Built between 1665 and 1696, the Garden of Valsanzibio, near Arquà Petrarca, is considered one of the largest and most intact gardens of the world in the world, the water garden of Valsanzibio spread over more than 10 hectares of parkland and is dotted with more than 60 Istrian stone statues immersed in an enchanted scenery of architecture, streams, waterfalls, fountains, ponds, water jokes and fish ponds, among countless trees and shrubs. The complex presents itself as a symbolic path of perfectly legible salvation, within which it is possible to discover a box-like labyrinth, the Hermit Cave, the Rabbits' Island and a Monument to Time.
