The surrounding area is the basic ingredient of the genuine dishes of the Casentino and Tuscan tradition, but there are always some revisitations of the chef Ante. It is difficult to indicate just a few dishes on the menu: we suggest pasta with tomato sauce and homemade desserts. The restaurant is made from an old adapted millstone . The beautiful and charming location, as well as the garden outside, is unique and the cooking is excellent. It is also great value for money.
