Excellent restaurant. Dishes prepared with local products, selected and intense wines, flavours coming from the ancient traditions: thay all are a well-defined quality of this osteria, which greets you in a warm and informal environment with simple furnishings and ceilings with stone barrel vaults. You will be welcomed by the usual good hospitality of the two owners, Giuseppe and Raffaele, and their always efficient staff. A "good habit" that distinguishes, in general, the beautiful village of Cisternino and, above all, its inhabitants. Particularly noteworthy are the fried gnats and orecchiette with aubergines.
