TrasiMemo is the result of a project of memories activation, recognition and protection of the cultural heritage of the community put in value thanks to the construction related undertaking of a virtual store and by some museum installations. The project contributes to return "resonance" and visibility" to artisanal knowledge in the area of lake Trasimeno; Documenta practices, cultural processes and social contexts linked to their collective enjoyment, so as to recognize a public social function.

Is designed to let the artisanal knowledge through the use of exhibition forms that characterize the ethnographic museography simultaneous: telling the people, their stories, their worlds, leaving to the materiality of the objects the role of intermediary symbolic. The people who have worked and that work in this territory thus find a space where tell their own lives of craftsmen bricoleur, hobbyists, enthusiasts collectors, restorers, artists, inventors and where design future career prospects. TrasiMemo does not want to be a deposit of the memory, but a public space of educational involvement, playful and debate, where residents and visitors can recognize and confront.

The exhibition evokes the space of an archive inside which does not seek documents or volumes, but stories and practices linked to four areas crafts: iron and metals, wood, terracotta, textiles. Four desks, one for each theme, look respectively four large panels, which act as a guide for orientation in the archive. The visitor is invited to "use" exposure to discover excerpts of memories that lurk in the tablet, in the drawers of the desks in the dresser archive, in the Great Wall printed… thanks to the virtual tour and the physical visit you can recognize the signs of craft work that characterize explicitly the surrounding landscape, to appreciate the complexity and fragility.
