The Mori farm totally counts 300 hectares at 300-700 mt above sea level and it is located in the village of San Casciano dei Bagni, surrounded by vineyards and other traditional farms overlooking areas for free breeding of bovines and ovines. The area is renown for the production of famous Chianti DOCG wine, for the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni and the production of the extra virgin olive oil PDO Terre di Siena.The Mori family is traditionally involved in those productions and keeps a particular attention on products' quality. In particular, the extra virgin olive oil is produced in traditional and unique presses of the XXVII century (animal traction oil press), the last one in Europe.
