Azienda Agricola Steria Paolo is a small family-run business located in the beautiful medieval village of Cervo. The passion for working these winding but certainly generous lands has always accompanied Paolo, who in 1989 decided to turn his passion into a business by founding Azienda Agricola Steria Paolo.
The quality of the results leads to valuable collaborations between the Steria Farm, the Cooperativa Olivicola di Arnasco and the Viticoltori Ingauni of Ortovero, of which Paolo becomes a partner. The following years bring experience and constant recognition of the high quality of Azienda Steria Paolo's products.
Precisely for this reason, in 2014 the company decides to produce and label with its own brand the products of excellence derived from the raw materials grown in the countryside of the gulf bringing to our tables an extra virgin olive oil quality taggiasca DOP and white wine Vermentino DOC.
In constant evolution, in 2021 the new red wine Sedicilunedì was born, the result of a new vineyard planting (Granaccia, Sangiovese, Barbera) of over 5400 square meters.
Sedicilunedì, ruby red in color and pleasing to the palate, owes its name to the arrival of the newest additions to the family, granddaughters Alice and Aurora.
