Agritur Malga Salanzada

The Agritur Malga Salanzada is located in the beautiful Val di Fiemme and is a small typical mountain restaurant. The structure, completely immersed in the green pastures of the area, can be easily reached from Masi di Cavalese.
The place is located at about 1000 mt of height and is the ideal place to spend a pleasant summer afternoon in the mountains, as well as offering the possibility to stay in the two apartments located nearby.

The kitchen offers guests typical local dishes, prepared according to traditional Trentino recipes. In the afternoon you can make sweet snacks based on strauben and fortaie, accompanied by delicious homemade jams. Not to be missed are the sweet dumplings and Tyrolean omelets for salty lovers.

For children there is an equipped and safe play area where they can enjoy the pure mountain air. The facility is open every day during the summer from mid-June until mid-September.
During the rest of the year, however, you can come to the Agritur Malga Salanzada during the weekend, from Friday to Sunday. For the Christmas and Easter holidays there are special openings with special menus dedicated to these particular days.

Among the typical dishes that can be tasted at the restaurant there is pasta prepared with roe deer meat sauce, canederli in infinite variations (including the sweet one). South Tyrolean bacon and local cheeses will be present to accompany the courses and are ideal to be eaten as a convivial appetizer or as a delicious aperitif.
For the winter period, polenta, prepared in white or with tomato sauce, accompanied by meat preparations such as sausage luganiga or pork ribs or in the variant with melted cheese, definitely delicious and to try.

The apartments available to tourists are always in Cavalese, in an affiliated structure, the Agritur Chelodi. The quiet area surrounded by greenery is open during the summer and weekends throughout the year, as well as hosting anyone wishing to spend a pleasant Christmas or Easter vacation in Trentino.
Both apartments are attics and consist of a kitchen and two bedrooms, one double and one twin, for a total of four beds and a private balcony.
The first apartment has a bathroom with shower, while the other one has a bathtub. Both apartments have private parking space.
The apartments are the ideal solution to spend pleasant vacations during the summer, among regenerating climate, relaxation, silence and tranquility.

Activities to do will never lack, between paths and trails to be covered on foot, or cycle paths for bicycles. Not to be missed the suggestive horseback riding in the valley, breathing clean air and immersing yourself completely in nature. The ideal vacation to disconnect from the routine and chaos of the city.
