Residence delle Rose

The Residence delle Rose is located in Pieve di Tremosine on Lake Garda, in Lombardy. Offers you 15 apartments equipped with every comfort (Terrace or balcony, Tv sat, safe, microwave, phon and covered parking place) and completely immersed in the green.

Without crossing roads you can enjoy a large swimming pool as well as a tonic sauna, play tennis on one of the nine fields in beaten earth, rent a mountain bike to make wonderful excursions or bring your children in the beautiful playground, prepared specially for them.

Moreover culinary specialities and excellent pizzas await you in our restaurant pizzeria. It is also possible to carry out the half board. All of this is just a few steps from the center of Pieve where there are shops, bars, restaurants and from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda and its surroundings.

Prese' Restaurant Pizzeria
Inside the Residence you will find the Prese' Restaurant Pizzeria, with about 150 seats covered and a large outdoor terrace, where you can taste our typical local dishes and Mediterranean cuisine, meat and fish on the grill with a wood burning fire. You can find over 50 different types of pizza cooked in a wood oven, a rich buffet of salads and a well-stocked wine cellar. From July to September, the dinners will be cheered by musical groups that will accompany you until late in the evening with music on national and international level.

Pool&Grill Kiosk
by the pool you will also find a well equipped kiosk where you can enjoy quick dishes, snacks, ice cream or succulent grilled, after a game of tennis or an invigorating swim.

Prese' Tennis Center
Tennis Centers are the pride of Lake Garda which becomes every year the preferred destination for lovers of this popular sport. The Residence offers nine tennis courts, all immersed in the green. What better occasion to stay in contact with nature while having fun? Our structure has hosted several times the summer centers fit and federal centers both Italians and Germans: an opportunity of meeting for young people who may enjoy broad assurances on the floor sporting and training. You will also have the possibility to take advantage of scheduled courses with professional instructors, thanks to the collaboration with the School of International Tennis SunBall.
