Ceramics Museum

the Ceramics Museum of Vietri sul Mare is hosted inside Villa Guariglia, in the locality of Raito. In Belvedere tower of Villa Guariglia was inaugurated the Museum of Ceramics of Vietri: have become a concrete reality aspirations and desires kept for long periods of time not only in the souls of the inhabitants, proud of their ancient traditional ceramics, but also many intellectuals and academics who have supported the rebirth of that form of handicraft, promoted as a cultural institution, through the conservation of works that have marked the seasons of ceramics of Vietri starting from the most ancient specimens preserved.

It was finally inaugurated a third sector dedicated to the "riggiole", a term which indicates the tiles destined to the coating pavement and parietal, resulting primarily from munifiche donations that have allowed the increase of tiles up to three hundred types.
