Different rooms in which it is developed include productions on the truffle, rare objects of the local gastronomy, setting of the cuisine of the albese '600 and 800, distillery of the '700, bottega del cooper contadinerie and from the courtyard. The Conte Camillo Benso di Cavour, one of the protagonists of the Unification of Italy, was the owner of this castle. Stayed here between 1832 and 1849, a period in which he was mayor of Grinzane. To him we must interesting discoveries in the field of viticulture. In the castle are preserved its furniture, manuscripts and the band tricolor of the Mayor.

Opening hours from September to 15 November:
from Wednesday to Monday: 9.30 - 19.
February, March, November and December: 9.30 - 18.
Closed on Tuesday.
