The oven, the management of which has been handed down from father to son since four generations, is specialized in the production of sourdough bread. Currently the furnace is managed by Marcello who for over 60 years offers daily bread, pizza and bakery products of the highest quality strictly following the indications and recipes inherited from his father and grandfather, who gave life to the long family tradition.
