Where to shop in Subiaco, Roma

for over 100 years the Maratta Bakery of Subiaco, in the province of Rome, is synonymous with quality products. The oven, the management of which has been handed down from father to son since four generations, is specialized in the production of sourdough bread. Currently the furnace is managed by Marcello who for over 60 years offers daily bread, pizza and bakery products of the highest quality strictly following the indications and recipes inherited from his father and grandfather, who gave life to the long family tradition. Marcello, in turn, has forwarded this passion to their children today that collaborate with him in the management of the activity.

In this furnace of Subiaco the customer always has the certainty to buy bread, pizza and bakery products, prepared by craftsmen and with natural ingredients. The experience and the competence of the master bakers extends to the whole baked desserts and biscuits mainly characteristics of the place, but also prepared and designed by the inspiration of the staff.

By wine buns to tozzetti, by macaroons to typical Subiachini and to the salami of the King, without forgetting the Morselletti, honey, made even today in the traditional manner using molds of 1800, are only some of the sweets and bakery products that you can find in the Furnace Maratta.
