A Biccari dreams are made outdoor

Are you an incurable romantic and want to sleep hugged under the stars in the middle of nature? Next summer, in Biccari, dreams will be made outdoor. The administration of the small Apulian village lying on the hills of Foggia has announced a novelty destined to attract lovers and excursionist couples. It will be possible to spend the night in the woods of Daunia or on the shore of Lake Pescara in transparent rooms, the so-called bubble rooms.

«The idea is of the community cooperative Biccari - declared the mayor Gianfilippo Mignogna - We have thought of a strategy to revive the territory, creating elements of innovation compatible with the environment. The bubble rooms are mobile structures that can be placed anywhere in our territory, perhaps right at the top of Monte Cornacchia, the highest peak in Puglia, located at 1152 meters».

The bubble rooms are real, completely transparent rooms in the shape of a bubble, from which you can admire the surrounding landscape. Inside each "bubble" there will be beds, tables and chairs for dining in nature but sheltered from the elements. The first ever bubble room will be installed in June. The first citizen of Biccari wants to place another six or seven by the summer.

«Privacy and security will be guaranteed - stressed Mignogna - Users will be equipped with a transceiver that will keep them in contact with a sort of caretaker who, at a safe distance, will monitor the entire area surrounding the bubble room. Furthermore we are activating agreements with restaurants and B & Bs in our country to ensure a catering service».

In short, Biccari is preparing for a romantic, naturalistic summer, without veils!
