The issue dedicated to the well-being of e-borghi travel is online

"I don’t think a man is free if he’s never in leisure” by Marco Tullio Cicerone (106 a.C. - 43 a.C.) whose quote has been running along the centuries and it has reached the third millennium to be so contemporary to be found on Facebook. So the holistic archetype “salus per aquam” (the health through the water) is not surprising and it’s very modern: the physical and mental well-being comes before the renewal of yourselves. So take it is easy, slow-down, travel in Italy and discover the villages to regain your own harmony. This second issue of e-borghi magazine will lead you through the discovery of places where the verb “linger” gets a wider meaning: taking a break and experiencing its positive consequences. The villages and the well-being areas we are going to suggest you match the idea of a slow tourism since the well-being can’t be tasted at its best if you are in a hurry but it must follow the pace of nature. We will first take you to Caderzone Terme and San Candido in Trentino Alto-Adige, to San Pellegrino Terme in Lombardy, to Bertinoro and Castrocaro in Romagna then to Marche, in Genga and to Frasassi to see the amazing shapes of its caves. We’ll also take you to the green Umbria, to Borgo San Pietro and Saturnia Thermal Baths in the district of Manciano, in the genuine Tuscany then to Fiuggi in Ciociaria in Lazio. We’ll go from North to South around a route that will touch the coastline of the cyclopes in Sicily framed by the Etna’s lava and shaped by the waves of the Mediterranean sea. By leafing through the pages of the magazine you’ll find lots of hints and ideas for your next adventures, they always come with practical advice regarding the accommodation facilities, the food & beverage and the shopping and our attention is always focused on traditions and local typical products as well. We are reading from your emails that you have particularly liked the different columns of the magazine so you’ll find them again and they will be even more appealing. Take your time and read because this means feeling good too.
