After the great success of 2016, the initiative realized by Edizioni Frate Indovino lands in the towns affected by the earthquake and in Gubbio.
This year, too, the Edizioni Frate Indovino, in collaboration with the Municipal Administration and the Polo Museale of Gualdo Tadino, will realize the project “Good Holidays with the Emotional Crib” in the Monumental Church of San Francesco. This year the initiative will also be extended to Amatrice, Visso, Norcia and Gubbio where you can admire the nativity in almost real dimensions (with Jesus, the Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph), the comet star, the hut, the ox, the donkey, the three Kings, an angel and a camel driver with his camel.
Massimiliano Presciutti, mayor of Gualdo Tadino, and the technicians responsible for Frate Indovino, after obtaining the positive opinion of the mayors Sergio Pirozzi, Nicola Alemanno and Giuliano Pazzaglini (respectively of Amatrice, Norcia and Visso), went to the municipalities affected by the earthquake last November 7 to carry out an inspection and verify the correspondence and the technical needs of the materials for the structures that will be made of multilayer plastic with color printing suitable for weathering.
“After the success of last year in Gualdo Tadino with the Emotional Nativity of Frate Indovino, which in just over a month has brought in the church of San Francesco location of the installation well 18. 000 people, this year the Edizioni Frate Indovino, in addition to proposing a revised version of this wonderful work in our city, have decided to extend the project to Gubbio and the three main municipalities affected by the earthquake: Amatrice, Norcia and Visso. The goal is to bring a message of joy and hope in places that have a great desire for rebirth. A strong will to return to live a normal life was touched when we carried out, along with technicians, inspections to define the installations in these places. An extraordinary initiative that we are sure will contribute to make more serene and warm, for many families, an important period such as the Christmas holidays.
